Chalk up another amazing round for Black Eye! We’ve gone nine rounds with Fantasia and here’s the latest blow by blow.

This year’s Fantasia Festival broke all records with a whopping all-time high of 140 films and 23 short films. That’s a huge offering, blasting last year’s totals by over 40%. The public’s response was also massive with 81,000 spectators over the course of the festival.

Fantasia’s director, Pierre Corbeil, let us know that he was very impressed that Black Eye was able to pull off the design and layout of the entire film programme and film schedule in just two short weeks. That’s the same amount of time allotted as in previous years, and there was a great increase in the volume.
